1. About the extension

Constellation Claude Monitor is an internal Chrome extension developed by Constellation Asset Management to monitor Claude AI usage consumption by team members.

2. Data collected

The extension collects exclusively:

• Current Claude session usage percentage (0-100%)
• Weekly usage percentage across all models (0-100%)
• Time remaining until session reset
• User email (detected automatically via Chrome profile)
• Capture timestamp

The extension does not collect conversation content, prompts, Claude responses, browsing history, passwords or any other personal data.

3. How data is collected

Every 2 hours, the extension accesses the claude.ai/settings/usage page and extracts the usage percentages displayed on screen. No data is collected outside this specific page.

4. Storage

Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the South America (Sao Paulo) region. Access to the database is restricted by Row Level Security (RLS) and only Constellation administrators have read access.

5. Who has access

Only Constellation Asset Management administrators have access to the collected data, through a protected internal dashboard.

6. Third-party sharing

The collected data is not shared with third parties under any circumstance.

7. Data retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary for usage analysis. Data may be removed at any time upon request to the administrator.
